At CK Property Services we specialise in assisted living retirement home removals and property clearance. We cover all aspects of clearing a void property. We can return any mobility and living aids, sell valuables on your behalf, make charity donations and fully clear a property. Fogging
The fogging machine is a versatile piece of equipment that uses a fine spray to apply a chemical solution. This is often used for pest control, restricting the growth of mould or odour control. It is becoming increasingly popular as a means of sanitising surfaces. The fogger uses a pressure to create a fine mist (or fog) applied to the targeted area. This fog can reach into corners and difficult areas, and may also penetrate porous surfaces.
Our bespoke Fogging service covers everything from fly & insect eradication to property deodorising and sanitising, which has become a massive requirement as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020. By using the appropriate formula such as the V2 Antiviral Disinfectant, fogging can kill a wide range of pathogenic viruses in under 5 minutes, leaving surfaces clean and safe for human contact, and is safe to use in hospitals and medical environments and food preparation areas.
Utilities Drain Down
We offer a complete drain down service for properties that are left vacant for a significant period. In harsh weather conditions, such as winter months, our drain down service minimises the risk of water damage through burst pipes. Furthermore, dangerous bacteria commonly found in standing water won’t create any issues.

We offer full storage facilities, whether its box or palletised storage, we have your requirements covered with our bespoke collection and return service.
